Gathering at the Great Hall: 6 Course Dinner

Our culinary team will present a six-course dinner, thoughtfully composed to showcase their creativity, craft, and a darker, more decadent side of fall. Each course will be accompanied by its own pairing. In addition to beer, expect a curated progression of cocktails and beer cocktails, designed alongside the menu to complement and transform each dish.
